The Social Life at Morehouse is whwat you make of it. The greek
organizations are back and lively as ever. Spring (and sometimes Fall)
rush are exciting times. In addition, Atlanta is a great city with a
vibrant night life. Restaurants, clubs, and cultural events dot the
week's calendar continuously.
In addition, Spelman College is across the street and trust me, there
are no finer women in the world than there. Not only are these women
beautiful, but they are smart and well-to-do. They more than make-up for
the lack of females at Morehouse. However, if confident women with a
touch of brashness does not float your boat, then Agness Scott, Brenau,
Emory, and GA State are all within a 10 mile radius.
The dress and attitudes at Morehouse and Spelman take some getting used
to. The dress is flashy but classy, however be prepared to see people
wear clothes matching in every way from head to toe. Morehouse College
IS the school for the African American bourgeoisie.
