Montclair State has over 15,000 students, so of course there would be a
great social life! Many students are commuters, but there are a plethora
of dorms being built to accommodate even more students. Many of the
students are very outgoing and interested in meeting new people. It is
very easy to make friends at Montclair State. The town of Montclair
itself has many trendy restaurants, cafe's, and bars to spend your time
at as well as hopping onto the train to NYC to enjoy even more things!
MTV seems to always be on campus, especially during the spring semester
when things get warmer. They perform game shows in the middle of campus
and even have reality tv shows that makeover dorms, cars, people, etc.
