Standard Massachusetts state college admissions application was
required. My key to getting in was a diverse mix of both academic and
extracurriclar activities involving sports, church and community
activities. I requested a letter of recommendation from the local
selectman and the state congressman. I also had several alumni that I
knew listed as two of my references. The Academy is interested in a
diverse population with applicants that fully understand both the
academic rigor required in addition to the para-military system in place
at the Academy.
