I was a "non-traditional" (older) student so I didn't really participate
in a lot of the social scene. However, LMU does have fraternities and
serorities, as well as clubs, choirs and sports teams. LMU is a "wet"
campus (opposed to dry) so alcohol is allowed on campus. At least, it
was when I was attending! There are some bars around. I used to hang
out at the Fireside which is on the corner of Lincoln & Manchester.
There was also a little coffee house place on campus called The Lions
Den, but I don't know if it is still there. It was next to the
bookstore. I did almost all of my studying in there.
