It took me so long to graduate because the social aspect was fantastic!
DC is wonderful for partying, eating, and socializing. The Greek system
is serious at Howard, but does not run the campus. Because there is so
much to do on campus and off becoming Greek is just one of the many
activies one can choose to participate in. Because many of the black
fraternities and sororities were founded at Howard, it's not so huge as
it is in other rural historically black colleges.
