When You send in your information to Howard, MAKE A COPY OF EVERYTHING.
My admissions process went pretty smoothly, but HU is popular for
screwing up paper work. I applied to Howard early action, and i found
out that i was accepted very early. I advise anyone who is serious about
the Mecca to apply early and do not procrastinate. Work hard on your
entrance essay, and make sure that your application is very neat,
orderly, and up to date. If Howard fails to tell you about your
acceptance status, do not panic. Keep calling the university until you
can speak to someone and ask them about the status of your application.
They will eventually tell you, even if it is two months before school
starts. Just dont be discouraged by the many mishaps caused by the
administration, because in the end it will be worth it.
