This is the only area where I feel Harding is lacking. Only a few Communication
internships are offered, otherwise students have to seek one out on their own,
which can be very stressful, seeing as it is part of your major and graduate
qualifications. Most students find an internship that really doesn't put them in
their area and they are often left overworked and disappointed. The career
center is very helpful, but does not cater to Communications at all and has
basically no contacts outside the states of AR, TN and TX. Very frustrating.
