On campus housing is improving, the school is making many efforts to
build new, apartment style housing and tearing down old buildings to
make way for the new. There is also an adundance of apartments and
rentals close to the campus, which result in low lease payments. The
school is in a rural setting, but less than an hour from historic
Savannah and the beach at Tybee Island. As for dining, there are many
of the national chains of fast food restuarants and casual dining, plus
many local, unique restuarants to dine.
