As a male, the dating scene leaves something to be desired. The ratio
is typically skewed for a technical university; if you're a female,
enjoy:)
Recreational opportunities and activities were typical of a large
university and I enjoyed them all - division 1 basketball, football, and
baseball; intramural sports of all kinds; excellent fitness equipment; a
bowling alley and pool tables (not sure if that's still there or not);
on-campus concerts and off-campus parties. Living in the downtown area
of a dynamic city like Atlanta means that always plenty to do, even you
don't enjoy the activities available on-campus.
There are also a plethora of Greek instutions, for those interested.
