Full time undergraduate Atlanta is an incredible city to live by--soo many different things to do and places to go. There are ample bars/clubs in Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown and even in East Atlanta. Lately the club/lounges in Midtown are becoming especially popular with the students. Greek life is fairly common on campus and organizes countless events for both Greeks and non- Greeks to socialize. Although its prevalent, the Greek system is more accepting and less stereo-typical than at most colleges, I had a great experience in a sorority and would not change it for anything. Beyond going out, dancing, and drinking (which is very popular with almost all students), Atlanta has many museums, natural parks, etc that are very interesting as well. The city even hosts several nation-wide events, such as the All-Stars Basketball game last spring. Its truly a fun city to live in and the social life at Emory is awesome. The students truly study hard and party hard!!
