Do not go to Dartmouth if that was the only Ivy you could get into. You
will not like it there. Also, do not go to Dartmouth if you need to
live in a city. Boston is a better locale for you. That being said the
quality of life is amazing. The dorms are great some even have
fireplaces. The campus is gorgeous and the school really takes
advantage of the beautiful surroundings with freshman trips, outdoor
classes etc. In fact, fraternity dogs frequently attend classes in the
buildings. The food is good, but no college food is great. There is
always the world-famous EBA's chicken sandwich. The local pizza
delivery place makes the best chicken sandwich, and when the alumns come
to town that is all the eat as the line goes out the front door. The
neighborhoods are safe as the college is pretty much the whole town, and
there is no crime.
