Government is a very popular major and it leads to students getting internships
down in Washington. Dartmouth's Rockefeller Center awards grants to work in DC
as a public service intern. Campus recruiting is strong, but you have to be
agressive as well. If you want to work on Wall Street, then you better have
someone on the street get you an internship there your junior summer. It really
helps. If you want a legal career, then getting a job as a paralegal is easy
coming out of Dartmouth as many firms recruit their paralegals from there.
Dartmouth has a strong reputation with almost every employer.
