Cornell career services provides resume critiques, mock interviews, and career
coaching to the student body. It is also in charge of on-campus recruitment
which is done through monstertrak.com. Numerous companies come to Cornell each
year to hire Cornell students for full-time and internship positions. Over the
past few years, campus recruitment has not been as successful, due to the nature
of the economy, however many students use the alumni network to speak to alums in
the workforce to gain a mentor relationship, and sometimes this leads to job
interviews and a full-time work placement.
