Holy Cross is a highly selective undergraduate liberal arts college.
They will accept the common application or their own. No preference.
HC looks at the total student in three main ways. First is performance
in the classroom. Looking for AP or honors level classes. Second is
the essay. They really want to know something extra about the
student. Not a part of the application to try to duck. Show them what
you have! And last, the SATs are considered, but the other two come
first. Extra-curricular activities are important as they want to see
you can hack it in the class and balance out of classroom activities.
