We have a career services office on campus. they offer numerous services
including job and internship databases, graduate and professional entrance exam
practices, and career fairs. they offer transportation to some of the career
fairs that occur during the year. they hold several grad school, law school,
theological and career fairs. We do have some recruiters from company's come to
hold interviews. I wasn't overly pleased with their job services. I went the fall
of my senior year and was told that i didn't need to worry about sending out my
resume until february or march, which was entirely too late. most large company's
recruit in the fall, so i had missed most of it and as a result am still
currently unemployed. the programs they have are good but the advice and service
is not.
