We have a dry campus, but 'Restaurant Row' is less than two miles away
and dining and bar choices abound. There is a Greek system in place,
though I can't really comment on it since I don't know much about it. We
seem to have a lot of frats/sororities considering the small size of our
campus. The beach and Big Bear mountain, for surfing and
snowboarding/skiing respectively, are the most popular hang outs, but
anything in "Restaurant Row" is popular for typical nights out. The San
Marcos Brewery is one of the favorites as is Acapulco's.
