CSUH has campus apartments and rents in the area are fairly reasonable
for the Bay Area. The student union has tons of restaurants and
something for everyone. Prices are reasonable too. Crime is not a big
problem though hilly terrain and secluded areas might be a concern for
those taking evening courses. CSUH has a satellite campus in Concord
that is fairly new and consequently very nice. It has a limited offering
of courses and is geared toward the working adult with a nice MBA
program.
