Cal Poly students get hired frequently out of school. Engineers and architects
are highly sought after from this institution. It may be more difficult to get a
job graduating from the College of Liberal Arts, but any degree from Cal Poly is
respected and viewed as a great resume builder. There are numerious on campus
career fairs, and many oppurtunities to arrange on-campus interviews with
potential employers. Most majors offer credit for internship and co-op work.
