Campus recruiting is clearly the biggest challenge for the program. This is
mainly due to the young age of the school (not enough graduates out in the
marketplace) and the nature of the program. Since it is international, a majority
of the graduates get jobs outside the U.S. This makes it even more difficult to
build up recruiting. Much of the prospects have to be developed by the students.
I didn't mind doing this because by being in Boston I was able to network with
the vast population of professionals who were more than willing to talk to me.
