Boston is a great cultural and social city. There are plenty of things
to do, but the city is quaint and cost of living is better than New
York. Unfortunately, many kids prefer to get drunk, puke and have "hook-
ups" with people at the nightclubs near campus. This is another reason
why I lived off-campus.
I think if you make friends with the right people, you will see what
Boston has to offer. However, there are individuals who only care about
bars and clubs that accept their fake IDs.
The dating scene is quite bad. The ratio of men to women is awful,
making women compete for the few arrogant hockey players at the school.
I felt bad for the women whose life revolved around finding a husband
because it's waste of their parents money as well as a waste of a
decent brain.
There is a significant gay and international population at the school
and tolerance is outstanding.
