But only if they're able to maintain their grades. I interviewed at BU, but it's not really necessary for the admissions process. The only thing it did was help me get a good look at the school at work. The essays were pretty simple, and I think on the whole selectivity is average. Not that difficult, as the student population seems to increase each year.
