Housing at Auburn is not so good for guys. There are NO sorority
houses at Auburn so girls that choose to go that route have the
opportunity to live on campus in the dorms in their sorority halls. I
lived on campus for my first two years in the CDV extension and loved
it. I met most of my college friends there. Many guys find refuge in
fraternity houses which can actually be a good deal as far as housing
and food but I didnt go that route so I cant give details.
I recomend living on campus at least for one year if you can. You
cannot duplicate the emersion into college life you get from that
experience.
After a couple years most people move off campus to houses, apartments,
trailers, etc... I have noticed though that most trailer parks are
usually either the rednecks or druggies. I lived on campus for my
first two and in a 4 bedroom house my second two. I loved both places
I lived.
