Job Responsibilities
Resource Management & Recruiting Ops: ?? Address the consulting needs of a major client accounts. ?? Coordinate between Business/Sales Development and Recruiting teams to meet requirements. ?? Expedite requirements to Resourcing and Recruiting teams. ?? Interact with both domestic & overseas Channels, Vendors, Clients and Consultants for requirements. ?? Screen Sourced Profile s and map skill sets to technical needs of the recruiting assignment. ?? Negotiate compensation and pay-rate of consultants w.r.to requirement. ?? Communicate with the consultant to get a Pre Employment Non Compete and Non Solicitation Agreement. ?? Get confirmation of consultants?? pay-rate/hour. ?? Conduct initial evaluation of short listed profile ?? Submit screened and short listed profiles/resumes to client for technical evaluation. ?? Coordinate with client and consultant for scheduling interview and interview process. ?? Close the recruiting assignment clearing all documentation The time spent on the job per day for Technical Recruiter varies accordingly from individual based on how organised the individual is!Ofcourse the mandatory time being 8 hrs/day. Usually, it is rather dependent on the recruitng assignment.
