Job Requirements
Professional Certificate in Multimedia Technology Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, uploading informtion onto the internet.
Uppers
It is interesting work, that allows me to use my creativity. I don't do the same task over and over. Also requires research and problem-solving.
Downers
Can become frustrating trying to replicate what people have on paper, or say they want, onto a website. Sometimes alot of time can be spent problem-solving.
Lifestyle
My work hours are any time, any day. This is nice because I don't have to do something at a specific time everyday, which gives me some flexibility, but sometimes I find myself working late at night, when I don't neccessarily want to, but need to to meet a deaddline. I can wear whatever I want.
Compensation
I get a set amount per month for webmastering, regardless of how many or few hours I have to put in.
Advice to Jobseekers
This is a good job if you are a self-starter, and enjoy having to problem solve.
