I work a 7am - 4pm shift. I work evey weekend. Social events are held only at
the store. Management at Wal Mart is mostly white eventhough the rank and file
employees are mostly black. The feel at this particular location is that the
store is "too black." The dress code is casual. Certain positions allow for blue
jeans.

Compensation
Walmart has a good benefits package. I am disappointed that
with the hospitalization plan they do not offer a hospital
rider. I am still required to pay the 20% difference.

This is a good place to gain entry level experience. Then move
on elsewhere.
