Deadline is the worst part in this industry. For a programme which
Going to telecast with 1 or 2 days. Client comes very late and
pressure us to do the editing. In this case,we couldn't able to
give the best one.

work, increase your salary every year, whether its a little or high
and you have the chance to improve your knowledge.

Compensation
when i entered ,they took me as trainee and didnt get any salary
for 6months.Then they appointed me as a professional editor and
gave me salary which is reasonable at that time.I was happy in
that company.
