Job Responsibilities
My main responsibilities are to make sure the accounts are clear
of all outstanding debits, investigate discrepancies and dispute
discrepancies if warranted. Recover incorrect deductions, I
recovered $142,000.00 last year. Liaison for customers and sales
representatives.

Lifestyle
We have flex. hours so I work from 6:30 a.m to 3:00 p.m 4 days a week and half a
day Friday.
Business travel has been cut back a lot, when I first started working where I'm
at we got to go some where hot ever other years for national meetings and now
nothing at all. Regional meeting used to be every third month and now once a
year.
Dress code is business casual and evry Friday casual( we can wear jeans).

Compensation
Wages is low compared to everyone else in the company. Bonuses
are a pittance compared to Account Managers who have been with
the company less time. Stock optios are there if you can afford
them. The company used to pay for all Medical benefits but now
it is half and half and we are tax on all of it. It is usually
take 6 weeks to get your money from the Medical Insurance
company.

Advice to Jobseekers
It is a interesting job if you are good at dugging for
information and documents. The job will always be there as there
will always companies trying to declare invalid claims.
