Job Responsibilities
Safety and security (up to 14 hours per day). Maintenance (6 hours per wrok day). Administration (2 hours per day)
Job Requirements
3 months (Boot Camp) 2 months (Basic Submarine School) 10 months (Missile Tech "A" and "C" schools) 2 week courses offered every 5 to 6 months Training 4 hours weekly.
Uppers
Being directly involved with national security and homeland protection.
Downers
Time away from family is usually around 6 months per year.
Lifestyle
