Job Responsibilities
Finance control ( treasury) and make sure numbers are correct
(accounting) , and on time reported to Corporate. Responsible
for Sarbanes Oxley compliance in each site of South America.
Admio nistrative tasks, support sales executives , budget and
strategic planning as well follow up on results.

Job Requirements
College Degree in Business Administration / Accounting
Knowledge of FASB 8/52 , USGAAP
Extended Courses MB in Finance International
Minimum fluent languages portuguese/spanish/english

Accumulate experience in how -to-do business in each country with different
cultures. Every week or every month there is a new challenge event , a new
project to be developed , etc...
There is 50% routine and 50% new challenge projects.

Being the finance support to the operating staf(marketing/sales/
manufacturing)there is lower recognition than it is given to
other areas.

Lifestyle
Work not less than 50 hours per week, travel at least 50% of the time,formal
dress (suit and tie), be exposed to country with risk travel rate .

Compensation
Base salary around US$ 130 K , Bonus based on results up to 70%
of base salary , stock option, pension fund for complementary
salary, life insurance , home allowance for relocation.
