Job Responsibilities
Interviewing, hiring, training personnel. Overall functions of
store including registers, sales floor and back room. 8 to 10
hour shifts depending on the season, 5-6 days a week also
depending on the season.

Uppers
Fast-paced, always something to do. Good place to interact with many different
levels of individuals including customers.

Downers
Long hours, but it goes by quickly. You must like big box to
enjoy TRU. It's not a place to hang out and do nothing!
Christmas season is BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!

Lifestyle
The dress code is casual kahki's and TRU shirt that's provided. Good balance for
people who are adjusted to a retail schedule. Very diverse work force and no
traveling unless volunteering to help out other stores in area.

Compensation
Salary packages could be better, but they are not the worst in
the industry. Approx. 28,000.00 to 35,000.00. Benefits are good.
