Job Responsibilities
Attend client meetings and prepare memoranda; research and write
legal memoranda for client advice; document review on case. Time
varies per week and depends on need.

Great one on one contact with partners to learn how to become an attorney,
guidance from mentoring attorneys.

Long hours, can demand your time on weekends and all night
depending on need.

Lifestyle
Long hours, a lot of business travel. Few company social events except during
the summers. Dress is business every day, with corporate casual on Fridays.

Compensation
Base $110,000. Discretionary bonus $5,000-$10,000. Usualy medical
dental benefits.

Advice to Jobseekers
Need to make sure you are able to work long hours and make top
grades to get into this position. Don't think it is easy to bill
200 hours a month (means working 220 hours to make that). You
need to like research and writing.
