Job Responsibilities
I spend most of my day checking items to make sure they meet the
regulated specs. I work in a small automotive company we make the
door clips that hold a door open when it is going through the
line at GM Motors Inc. here in Canada. These clips are very
important as they hold the doors open at the proper angle while
the automobiles are being painted on the assembly line.

Job Requirements
You must have your grade 12 first above all. You must have some
college and continuing with it. You must also see that no job is
too unimportant to spend the time figuring out what might be
wrong with the system that it is causing gliches in the amount of
daily production. You must have the proper drive to succeed at
all and any tasks. And never be afraid to ask questions, when in
doubt about anything.

Every day I am faced with problems. I love to problem-solve. I also have the
daily pleasure of learning new and inventive ways to overcome any forseen
adversity to a production plan.

Downers
The downers of this job is having to point out mistakes on a
daily basis. I feel sometimes that tends to keep a person from
moving forward in their personal and business endeavors. So
careful what you say and how you say it.

Lifestyle
Busy, Busy, Busy. Be prepared to put alot of man hours into a position like
this. You need to be very organized. I cannot express this enough. The minute you
are not organized you will soon find utter confusion all around you on all
aspects of this position.

Compensation
I am clearing 149.000.00/year. That is not including bonuses
received after a big job. My stock options are tremendous.

I think this field is where the future lies.Go ahead and take a
chance. Handled properly you too could become very successful as
well. There is more than enough to go around so climb on board!
