Job Responsibilities
Senior Level Help Desk at various clients throughout Ontario.
Responsible for supervision of junior help desk and technican
staffing. Liasion with end users, management, outside vendors
for various computer/help desk related issues. Project
Management/Coordination of specialized projects through the
Government of Ontario as required.

Network Administration - Novell - CNA, Business Administration,
Project Management, A+ Cerfication; GroupWise Specialistl, Train
the Trainer, Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, MSProject
specialist, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.

Compensation
Base salary - $54,000 CDN
Health Benefits - 80% coverage (paid by company)
