Job Responsibilities
My job responsibilities are referring to student??s education,
like preparing courses for university lectures, all kind of
applications connected to the theme of the course witch are
taking place in labs. I do all the examination of their
knowledge by tests and exams. Another part of my job is the
research in thermodynamics, seismic safety of thermal equipment
and pipes in nuclear power plants, solar energy and industrial
air-cooling.

Job Requirements
It??s not easy to get this position. After I graduate school (12
years -from first grade at seven to 12-th grade at eighteen) I
had to graduate Technical University of five years and than we
have to work in industry for about 3 years. I get my job in
Technical University after an interview where I had to
demonstrate my skills to become a professor. My first step in
University carrier was as lecturer and I start to prepare my
PhD. After 4 years, I obtain my doctorate degree and now I am
assistant professor.

My best parts of my job are those related with the work with my students in labs
and my research work.

Downers
The worst part of my job is that I had to find all kind of
resources to sustain my work with my students and particularly
for my research. It??s very hard in my country to find such
resources and the daily struggle tired me.

Lifestyle
It??s hard to give advices in this matter. First, he/she must
love this work with people and have that passion for research.
Then they must have courage to fight with all problems from our
society and as I??ve said before they must have dedication for
this work. I hope that in the future we will be recognized like
the people who work for the future of the nation.

Compensation
About compensation, it??s very hard for me to speak about this
subject. In my country is an act of courage to become a teacher.
In Technical University, the salary is very small and it is very
hard to maintain a certain level of decency in your living. I am
sorry to say these things because not everywhere is like this.
Our compensation is morale and we hope that someday someone will
recognize our work.

It??s hard to give advices in this matter. First, he/she must
love this work with people and have that passion for research.
Then they must have courage to fight with all problems from our
society and as I??ve said before they must have dedication for
this work. I hope that in the future we will be recognized like
the people who work for the future of the nation.
