Job Responsibilities
I work directly with the public in sales. I am comission only with any and all sales made. I also lead a team of 7 individuals. I am responsible for training them to do what I do in direct sales. My selling appointments run 1 to 2 hours in length and vary from week to week as to how many I have set up. The training program is on going and available to each individual as often and as much as they would like. I match my effort with theirs.
Job Requirements
Education is not required. We train all individuals who wish to become apart of our team. Most training is free and provided weekly. We do have seminars and conferences that you can attend yearly. There is online training available daily. Everyone is welcome to all functions. Job training is ongoing and highly recommended. We try to make as easy to access as possible. If you have all the tools provided for you, you can't help but be successful.
Uppers
I personally enjoy watching others success as it happens. We get the use of a career car if we choose to work for it. We set our own hours which is great because you can work another job if you so choose. Everyone is willing to share ideas to help you better sale our products. The money is great, on average we make $66 an hour. We also earn prizes and recognition when accomplish the goals we have sent for ourselves. You work from your home.
Downers
The only downer I can find is that not everyone is as willing to take advantage of the opportunity you lay before them. It can be hard to work if you know that no one is going to be calling you saying "what are working on today?" You have to work and if you don't, then you won't get paid.
Lifestyle
The lifestyle in this business is great! You create your own work schedule. I decide how often and what days I wish to work. Most of our training in local to your living area. We will find you place to aatend trainings. However we do have a highly recommened seminar in Dallas every summer.
Compensation
We make 50% of all our sales. We also earn a comission of 4%, 9%, or 13% depending on what level you are on our career path. These comissions are paid from the company and not your team members for their training. Comission levels depend on how many you are training. The more you are training the more you get paid. You are also eligible to earn the use of a career car or take a cash option if the car is not what you had in mind. You may also receive bonuses for new team members. You have the choice to move up into leadership and earn higher comissions and bonuses.
Advice to Jobseekers
I feel this a great opportunity for the present as well as long term security. My advice would be to give it your all for 1 year. You would be amazed at what it can do for you and your family. You must work in order to be paid. It is like any other job, if you don't show up you are not going to get paid.
