Job Responsibilities
Customer contacts 2-10hrs. per week, job sight location, inspection and rough scale drawings, 10-20hrs per week estimating time and materials, written proposals and contracts, 5-15 hrs. per week, job sight inspections, production, work force, equipment placement, ongoing 30+++ hrs.
Job Requirements
Vocational training a plus, experience a plus, common sence and determination a MUST !

Lifestyle
LONG HOURS, must be willing when needed, must be willing to travel some, customer satisfaction is the biggest advertisement and has away of spreading rapidly. always remember that a bad name will ALWAYS beat you to the next job!!!
Compensation
$30,000+ For me it's small, that's all I need. I run one crew. Stay busy. Most of the time I can a fews days off whenever. The work potential is there if I would ever want to expand.
