1. technical assistant, 8 hours of the total 40 a week
2. assistant project manager for an IT project, 16 hours a week
3. programmer analyst for the remaining 16 hours a week
4. attend to client queries whenever possible.

Compensation
In philippine pesos (very dismal!) -
base salary - 15,000 a month (gross)
bonuses and allowances:
monthly cost of living allowance - 1000;
annual clothing allowance - 4000;
productivity allowance - 1800 to 2500, depending on your
standing;
13th month pay - split in half and given every May and December.
