Job Responsibilities
Oversee the order entry of all food orders taken for all
restaurants in the lower main land and out lining areas, that
purchase there groceries and kitchen supplies and equiptment
from us. any problems that our customers may have and make sure
that all our gold customers are looked after. also deal with all
scheduling and staffing payrole for my department.

Job Requirements
My personal academics are legal secratarial, mainly office
training and computor training along with good customer service
skills and experiance. good knowledge of the equiptment that is
used in an office and the ability to input data in a computor.

When I can help one of customers to the best of my ability, when i can put
together a solution for more effecancy on the running of the department for my
boss.

When you get a customer that you just can't satisfy and they are
not happy with any solution that i may offer them.

Lifestyle
Lifestyle is average, dress is proper office attire, dress pants, suits and
skirts, every Friday is casual day, ie. jeans and sweater or nice casual shirt or
blouse. minimal to no travel in my dept.

Compensation
Base salary for csr dept is 32,000.00, after 6 months you are
eligable for medical, extended medical and full dental coverage.
raise every year, two weeks vacation, after 3yrs eligable for
3weeks vacation and after 5yrs eligable for 4weeks vaction.
every one gets 5 payed sick or personal days per year, you also
get rrsp contibution as bonus, and after 10 yrs you get stock
options.

Advice to Jobseekers
The opertunity is very good, but the stress can be hard for some
during holidays and stat holidays as the work load increases.
not everyone can deal with the deadlines for getting the orders
prossessed, and difficult customers. must have very good phone
skills and good knowledge of office equipment, ie...computors,
fax machines, phones,and copiers.
