Job Responsibilities
Organize job sites deligate responsiblities to employees
structure subcontractors work. Evaluate and inspect work being
performed shcedule meetings work with payable quantities for
work performed, in coming and out going. The majority of my time
is spent performing what ever tasks need the most attention, my
schedule is prety much up to my own discretion.

Job Requirements
Some college, and or good working computer skills, management
capacity sometimes this can't be taught in a classroom.

Uppers
I get to work in an office at time and in the field at times. I have the luxury
of breaking up my day into different avenues.

Downers
I put in a tremendous amount of hours as a salaried employee.
Sometimes more than 70 hours a week.

Lifestyle
The dress is casual the work is hard and long hours but the pay is great.
