Job Responsibilities
I slice meat and cheese for deli sandwiches. I use a Hobart meat
saw. I also help the cooks to prepared any supplies for the hot
trucks. Such as sandwiches, mac n cheese, muffins etc.

Job Requirements
You need a high school diploma to be hired, there was no special
training required.

Uppers
I get to meet new people daily while waiting on customers in the deli. I get to
work independently. I learn from the other cooks how to prepare different things.

Standing long hours and the possibility of getting cut on the sharp meat saw.

Lifestyle
The job is 40 hours a week. I am required to wear my hair back with a hat and
apron.

Compensation
It doesnt pay much money usually around minimum wage.
