Business Analyst, Project Manager
I will work with clients to help them with Business improvement
projects or Project Manage any project.

Job Requirements
College degree required. Even with that one needs 1 - 2 years
experience or some very intese co-op work in college.

Uppers
1 - Working with diverse people (other consultants and multiple clients).
2 - Never ever 'stuck' doing the same job for any long period of time.

Downers
ATO - Assigned to the Office, means not out billing and it's boring and ones
always in jeopardy of being let go.

Lifestyle
Hours vary, sometimes it's intense 10 a day others it's 8. Good news is, it's
always different on every project.
Causual clothes, usually close to home, very little travel.

Compensation
Terrible, presently. Having gone through an IT downturn some of
us have not had a raise in 3 - 5 years. Others have been cut in
salary. Benefits average to good, bonus, well they put some $ in
our 401 K every year.

Advice to Jobseekers
Be skilled in at least two areas Java & C for example or Business Process and
Project Management. Be aggressive but not obnoxious. Say what you can do then,
GO DO IT!
