Job Responsibilities
Research clients position to find which banks criteria they
would meet. Find out which bank will provide best rates and fees.
Meet real estate agents and accountants to source new leads.
50 hours per week. Appointments approx 10 hours per weeks.
Proposals 10 hours per week. Paper work and follow up 20 hours
per week. Meeting agents 10 hours per week

Job Requirements
20 accredited training sessions per year to keep membership.
usually 1 to 2 hours per session. training usually on new
products. Just required to turn up. some may require
questionairre filled.

Helping people move into their first home. Good customer service which people
often get neglected if they used a bank.

Late-night appointments.

on call 24 hour a day and weekends. social events at christmas only. also
professional attire.

Compensation
Base salary $60,000 plus super and commission also.
