Job Responsibilities
Business Analysis - utilize techniques and tools to investigate, plan, design and document solution requirements. Identify the needs of the users and translating these into functional requirements. Work on projects from both the business and technology perspective, acting as a liaison and translator of information between the technical / business environments. (40% of time spent) SharePoint Knowledge - Providing system integration planning, testing and implementation for an Enterprise-class SharePoint system to be delivered, installed and maintained on-site for the client. Includes design and specification of appropriate requirements/functions for business and end-user functional, business and process requirements. Accountability for system prototypes, system integration, designs and concepts. (20% of Time Spent) Training - Creating and delivering training materials and classes, both custom developed and package software to businesses and adult learners in professional and academic environments; including online course development. (15% of time spent) Facilitation - Delivering and managing of facilitated sessions with clients to derive business desires and requirements while maintaining a beneficial discussion environment. (20% of time spent) Client and Relationship Development - Developmening and managing relationships in corporate business accounts. Responsible for day-to-day account relationship management, including organically growing the client account through successful projects and trusted advisor relationships. (5% of time spent)

Compensation
Base: $90,000. Profit Sharing: Dependant on company performace (Avg $500-1300 per month). Stock Options. Benefits - Medical, Dental, Employee assistance program. Vacation - min 3 weeks per year.
