Job Responsibilities
My position is to train our customers to search our sources. The
sessions are conducted in-house or in our training lab. The
remaining 25% of my position is to solve technical difficulties
on the phone mainly or in-house.

Job Requirements
As a mathematic teacher by education most of my classes are fun.
I try not to impress my clients about my knowledge - I make sure
their learn what enough for the class level they signed for. I
am teaching them on how to fish - I don't give them the fish!

The best part is to meet various people and to travel in British Columbia
(Canada).

The only think I don't appreciate to much is to write my monthly
report at the end of the month.

Lifestyle
I work 35 hours per week and for most of it I am outside the office. This type
of position are very rewarding with a sense of freedom as I make my schedule. For
instance, today I went on Vancouver Island by Seaplane!

Compensation
My compensation is a base salary of U$60,000.00
Our pension plan is very rewarding - Myself and my company
contribute each 5.5% of my gross income towards the pension (11%
in total). We have a good life insurance and a medical plan.

A software trainer or either type of knowledge trainer will be
