Job Responsibilities
I start the day by loading my delivery truck with product that I ordered from the previous week. This takes me approximately 20 minutes to complete. After I fill my truck and leave the warehouse, I drive to my first account(retail store) and sale in items that they need. I also pick up any out of date product and count on-hands and place orders for next week. Each account varies on time usually between 30 minutes to an hour and a half. After completing sales on my handheld computer, I go to my truck and print an invoice and pull my load to take in to the store. A store receiver checks me in and I stock the products on the shelf.
Uppers
This job is part base pay salary and part commission. It is nice because the harder you work, the more you can make. You can give yourself an instant raise by setting up additional displays. It is really up to you.
Downers
The worst part about this job is the hours. You do work long days. Sometimes 10 hours and sometimes more. Don't be suprised working 14 hour days during summer months when busy season hits. Come winter time, it slows down quite a bit.

Future job seekers considering this field should be self motivated and hard working. This is not a job for the lazy. Early hours, late days. It is a great job for the right person. The future for this occupation is excellent.
Compensation
Base pay is 300 dollars a week with commission. Commission depends on what product is sold and to what accounts. Bonuses are quarterly. Stock options are available with company contributions. An excellent benefits package.
