Managing the team based on the phone activities and motivation can be

also have to attend multiple meetings with other departments to increase

attend to issues.

Advice to Jobseekers
Start out in sales and do well! Get 1-2 years under your belt and move into a
senior position- maybe outside sales? Software is booming right now - especially
in the Boston
area.
