Job Responsibilities
My major job responsibities include managing a group of specialist under me to achieve quality output daily.I will guide them by relating what is the urgent priority that they need to process first,the quality aspect that they to focus. I also spend much time monitoring the cycletime of the lots that reside at my area of control and clear them first in first out.This process need to be on going.Resolve problems encounter by the specialist and liasing with QA and engineering to get things moving are also part of my responsibities. Report generating for meeting with the higher management and also planning of resources are part of daily routine. The time spend varies every single day and we just had to make sure a priority call need to be set and handle each task at a time. Resolve one then proceed to another.
Job Requirements
To work in manufacturing environment at middle management level, the company require at least a recognise relevant diploma with at least 2 year of working experience in manufacturing environment. A team player and able to communicate with all evel of staff from various department. Can take stress and be able to resolve problems that arises from time to time and made sound decision.
Uppers
The best part is that you can achieve a sence of achievement everytime you manage to resolve a problem and learn something from it. Help people to resolve daily problem and work together to meet a goal that is being set by the upper management
Downers
The worst part is that we are like a sandwich . We need to please our boss by executing what he told but also cannot neglect the staff under us. It is easiler to said the done especially when you had a understanding that certain request is hard on the specialist but must be carried out regardless of what is being said.

Compensation
Generally salary range depend on your previous job and the qualification with the no of years of experience. The company had quarterly bonuses depending on the revenue with a fix 13th month bonuses. Stock option is given to all employee(FULL TIME), it is sold to them at a discount price of 15% to the market every half yearly. Medical benefit is claimable if they seek treatment at company appointed doctors or any government polyclinic.
