Job Responsibilities
You are dealings with people's money, so making sure that
everything is all right and you have the right paper work is
almost as essential as the responsabilities you have. So filing
is a must and it takes 1 hour (daily) You do a little bit of
everything. You deal with customer's queries, from a simple
balance information to how to do an international transfer. You
help customers to transfer between their own accounts, between
banks or abroad. You do some cashiering, you try to help people
to get the right account for their needs, and you keep a close
look to avoid any kind of fraud. You do not normally allocate a
particular time of the day to do a specific task, since most of
the work is done as it gets to your hands, or at least it should
be. Most of the time things cannot wait till tomorrow.
