Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will play one of the most important roles within the company. You will be the linchpin of all projects. You will: - Be the interface to the clients, and will build up long-term relationships with them - Be responsible for project results and budgets - Communicate the project status to the Partner in charge - Keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details - Guide your team by establishing the conceptual framework and providing key ideas - Develop your team by assigning them tasks and giving them feedback - Develop acquisition papers and tools
Job Requirements
Project Manager: University degree with more than 4 years of work experience, preferably in consulting, or MBA from a top-notch business school with several years of consulting experience. Senior Consultant: University degree with 2-4 years of work experience, or MBA from a top-notch business school. Consultant: University degree with 1-2 years of work experience, or MBA from a top-notch business school. Junior Consultant: University degree, or MBA with no work experience. Consulting Analyst: Gain practical experience before starting your Master's. Summer Associate: Completion of first part of MBA studies. Intern: Advanced university studies.
Uppers
Your experience abroad will be gained on the job, working on projects in our international Competence Centers or within the context of our "International Staff Exchange Program" (ISEP). This program offers you the opportunity to move abroad to a different office for two years or more.

Compensation
Project Manager: Euro 130.000,- to 140.000,- (fix) plus 40% to 60% (variable). Senior Consultant: Euro 110.000,- to 120.000,- (fix) plus 30% to 40% (variable). Consultant: Euro 90.000,- to 100.000,- (fix) plus 20% to 30% (variable). Junior Consultant: Euro 70.000,- to 80.000,- (fix) plus 10% to 20% (variable). Consulting Analyst: 40.000,- to 50.000,- (fix) plus 5% to 10% (variable).
