Job Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will play one of the most important
roles within the company. You will be the linchpin of all
projects. You will:
- Be the interface to the clients, and will build up long-term
relationships with them
- Be responsible for project results and budgets
- Communicate the project status to the Partner in charge
- Keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details
- Guide your team by establishing the conceptual framework and
providing key ideas
- Develop your team by assigning them tasks and giving them
feedback
- Develop acquisition papers and tools

Job Requirements
Project Manager:
University degree with more than 4 years of work experience,
preferably in consulting, or MBA from a top-notch business school
with several years of consulting experience.
Senior Consultant:
University degree with 2-4 years of work experience, or MBA from
a top-notch business school.
Consultant:
University degree with 1-2 years of work experience, or MBA from
a top-notch business school.
Junior Consultant:
University degree, or MBA with no work experience.
Consulting Analyst:
Gain practical experience before starting your Master's.
Summer Associate:
Completion of first part of MBA studies.
Intern:
Advanced university studies.

Compensation
Project Manager:
Euro 130.000,- to 140.000,- (fix) plus 40% to 60% (variable).
Senior Consultant:
Euro 110.000,- to 120.000,- (fix) plus 30% to 40% (variable).
Consultant:
Euro 90.000,- to 100.000,- (fix) plus 20% to 30% (variable).
Junior Consultant:
Euro 70.000,- to 80.000,- (fix) plus 10% to 20% (variable).
Consulting Analyst:
40.000,- to 50.000,- (fix) plus 5% to 10% (variable).
