Job Requirements
Registered Nurse with BSN... no experience in hospice... 30 yrs.experience in
nursing.

Uppers
Caring for hospice patients in their homes. and learning about pain mgmt. and
being autonomous in working with their doctors.

Downers
Long hours... 12 most days...
travelling many miles... 12,000 to date since jan..
9-10 hr./wk paper work..
on call over night at least 1-2 times per month.

Lifestyle
10-12 daily... dress code is dresses... no business travel to other cities,
diversity includes working with spanish speaking clients who speak no english - I
have some skills at communicating with them. Also african-american and hispanic
populations... in poor sections. Learn great deal from these pop. and enjoy them
most.

Compensation
62k...small bonuses... $25 as nrg day bonus... if admit at least 9 to a
facility... get a commission bonus.
